We try to get the artworks as quick as possible to you. In most cases, artworks will be dispatched within 5 working days. Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping to UK, EU and US addresses usually take up to an extra 5 days, while worldwide shipping can take up an extra 7 days. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery from point of purchase.

As most courier services don’t allow to insure artworks against any damages, we can only insure the artwork against loss. If your work has been damaged during transit, please email us at info@wherestheframe.com and we will help get to the bottom of it with you.
